Hosted by our owner / chef Brad King and Vicki Ravlich-Horan from Taste of Tours/Nourish Magazine we will transport you to the Emilia Romagna region of Italy.  Considered the heart of Italian food Emilia Romagna is where the famous bolognese originated and fresh pasta reigns supreme. This is where icons like Prosciutto, Parmigiana and balsamic vinegar come from. So join us for a fabulous night of food and conversation.
