For the cooler months, we have a heat pump and room heaters. The property is spacious and fully fenced, making it safe for children and great for setting up a game of backyard cricket. Hot outdoor shower perfect for sandy kids and divers. Ample space for boat parking, fish cleaning bench and optional bait freezer if needed. Washing machine in the shed.
BBQ available (please clean after use) and outdoor furniture to enjoy those sunny days and long summer nights.
Sybil’s Place offers a flexible layout that works for groups from 2 to 10 people. Upstairs: main two-bedroom home (sleeps up to 6) Downstairs: a fully self-contained two-bedroom flat (sleeps up to 4).
For smaller groups, this layout offers incredible value - enjoy total privacy and use of the entire property and garden. For larger groups it allows space for everyone to come together to socialise, while having separate spaces to retreat to at night.
No matter your group size, you will always have sole occupancy of the entire property. The house is kept clean and tidy by professional cleaners. Fresh linen, bath towels and beach towels provided.
